The absence of emergency or very basic health care opportunities in rural Nigeria causes preventable death in these communities. Through this program Hope Rising Foundation (HRF) plans to establish a health clinic that will provide first aid in medical emergency situations. People will be able to be screened for problems like diabetes, High Blood Pressure that are common in the local population. This project is still a proposal that requires funds and logistics to set it rolling. We shall appreciate support to get is started. We believe that health care is a basic necessity, without which we cannot accomplish our other goals in life. As a result, HRF views this as very fundamental to the success of her programs. With good health, a student will study better; the widow will work harder; the young will focus more on the being productive contributor to the community. These, all together will contribute to a healthy and viable society. We are soliciting donations to help us in this area also.
